Nina Home Phu My Hungnot just a service apartment (Aparthotel), but a lifestyle. We are located at Le Van Thiem Street – the quiet and greenest area of District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

With the philosophy of" native experience in standard space", each apartment at Nina Homes is designed to be minimalist but sophisticated, optimizing natural light and wind. Here, you can prepare dinner with your own hands in a full kitchen, relax on the balcony overlooking the Green Street, or simply enjoy a good night's sleep on a premium blanket after a hard day's work.

* Check-in: from 15: 00

* Check-out: before 12: 00

* Early check-in or late check-out depending on room status, and fees may be incurred. * The room lock card must be refundable upon check-out. Card loss fee: vnd 100,000 / card. Damage, unwashed stains on the gas / towel will be charged.

Booking cancellation

Reservations cancelled within 03 days prior to check-in date.

Nina Homes reserves the right to terminate non refundable stay if:

* The number of guests staying is more than agreed.

* Make excessive noise in the evening or at night.

* Sublease the apartment or transfer the right of use to others. The number of people staying must be as confirmed when booking.

•We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without refund if the number of people staying overnight is not confirmed in advance

Сancellation policy

* Housekeeping is done every other day (no daily cleaning), from 13:00 – 18: 00, Monday–Saturday (except holidays).

* Bed sheets are changed 2 times a week.

Each room has a “DO not DISTURB " table. This board should not hang continuously for more than 48 hours.

After this time, we have the right to enter the room for safety and security reasons
